What You’ll Do
Study for and pass your state Life and Health license exam with full support. The license is yours to keep.
Get to know clients: their goals, their concerns, and what matters most to them
Work alongside your mentor on planning and client conversations
Begin working independently once you’re licensed and ready, while growing your own book of business
What You’ll Help Clients With
Our licensed professionals work with clients to explore and implement life insurance and annuity solutions across all of our carrier partners. Along the way, you’ll help clients understand:
Retirement income and guided retirement solutions
Tax-advantaged savings strategies
Personal and family budgeting
How their current accounts (401(k)s, IRAs, HSAs, savings) and Social Security fit into the bigger picture

Who We’re Looking For
18 or older, authorized to work in, and currently residing in the U.S.
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Strong communication and organizational skills
A self-starter who wants to keep learning
Comfortable working remotely
No financial services experience required; we train from the ground up
Compensation
Commission only. Typical earnings range from $48,000 to $96,000 per year based on performance. Earnings are not guaranteed. This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
