About The Opportunity
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney to run sophisticated deals from inception to closing. The practice handles high-value transactions for private lenders and developers across the US.
What You'll Do
Manage complex CRE lending transactions independently.
Supervise junior associates' work product.
Draft and negotiate diverse loan documents.
Serve as primary client contact, offering creative solutions.

What You Bring (required)
Ability to run CRE finance deals independently.
Experience representing private lenders.
Comfortable negotiating opposite major firms.
Admitted to New York Bar or eligible to waive in.
