Lead DevOps Engineer – Bengaluru
AWS | Cloud Security | CI/CD | Site Reliability
Miracle Traffic AI (MTSAi) is an international transportation technology company developing Reward-Based Congestion Pricing (RBCP) — an innovative platform that helps cities reduce traffic congestion, generate substantial toll revenue, and financially reward commuters for carpooling, using public transit, and making less-congesting travel choices.
We have an established 18-person Bengaluru team and are currently negotiating pilot projects in Bengaluru, Budapest, Milan, and Toronto.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, security, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
Manage Docker deployments, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.
Support integration with government traffic systems, Uber, Ola, carpooling platforms, super apps, and payment providers.
Establish scalable infrastructure for international pilot deployments.
Collaborate with engineering teams in India and Hungary.
Required Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong hands-on AWS, Linux, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD experience.
Experience with PostgreSQL, cloud security, monitoring, and automation.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation: ₹30–45 LPA, negotiable for exceptional candidates.

Direct reporting to MTSAi's President & COO.

Location: Bengaluru (primarily onsite)
