We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Enterprise Planning & Development Manager to drive corporate planning, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term organizational development. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business insight to improve operational performance, evaluate new opportunities, and align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise planning strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business priorities.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities.
Evaluate new business initiatives, market expansion opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, financial projections, and strategic proposals.
Analyze organizational performance, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish business priorities and development plans.
Coordinate annual business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, organizational structures, and operational effectiveness.
Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Support investment evaluations, business cases, and enterprise development projects.
Assess business risks, market conditions, and emerging industry trends to support decision-making.
Manage planning projects, implementation timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
A master’s degree in Business Administration or Strategic Management is an advantage.
Proven experience in corporate planning, business development, strategic management, or organizational development.
Strong understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and enterprise planning processes.
Experience preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic performance reports.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
