Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a personal loan sales team.
Drive monthly login and disbursement targets.
Handle team productivity, performance, and daily MIS.
Ensure strong knowledge of bank/NBFC personal loan policies.
Monitor lead conversion and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in personal loan sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
Strong sales, leadership, and target-achievement skills.
Experience in the BFSI industry is mandatory.
