UI/UX Designer

Job Description:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience in designing user-friendly websites, web applications, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.Roles and Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and understand user needs to improve overall user experience.
Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Ensure responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to implement designs effectively.
Improve existing designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Follow the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
Prepare design specifications and assets for smooth developer handoff.
Required Skills
Minimum 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Experience designing websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
Understanding of user flows, information architecture, and usability principles.
Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components.
Familiarity with usability testing and basic user research methods.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
Experience working with Agile development teams.
