Role Description IT JOB SCOPE- LOOKING FOR IT SUPPORT - SHIP MANAGEMENT
Assist in troubleshooting and supporting ship IT infrastructure, including PCs, networks, and onboard applications.
Support email systems, user accounts, and workstation configuration.
Assist with firewall, IP, network, and URL access configurations.
Support VSAT/FBB connectivity troubleshooting and coordinate with service providers.
Provide remote IT support to ship and assist with resolving technical issues.
Monitor network and communication connectivity and report issues.
Maintain IT documentation, technical reports, procedures, and IT circulars.
Qualifications
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferably the candidate should be female based out of Mumbai.
