Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Airspace/Tele-Communication/Navigation systems
Knowledge of Aviation Meteorology/ NOTAM handling
Good communication skills

An aptitude for working with technology, flair for learning new processes.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a broad understanding of customer needs and focus on accuracy, timely completion of tasks and customer satisfaction.
Generate and file flight plans, using applicable software
Handling of Datalink Messages (Uplink and Downlink)
Actively monitor customer aircraft via flight following and datalink applications
Analyze weather and air traffic issues, and advise re-routing when necessary
Relay weather briefings and time critical messages.
Providing support to customers on software and Dashboard issues
Develop a broad understanding of customer needs and focus on accuracy, timely completion of tasks.
Clear and professional communication with internal/external customers
Build relationships with customers and update them with new or upgraded services
Trouble shooting on various customer issues
Active participation in Level 1 calls / tasks.
Carry out User Acceptance Test on products & software
Perform in unstructured situations, anticipate future issues, and respond quickly during a crisis.
Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously and accurately, prioritizing time and resources.
Providing quality services to end customers.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure proper documenting and recording of all required activities
Qualifications
You Must
Have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Have decent experience in similar field.
Be ready to work in 24 X 7 X 365 Rotating shift module

Analyzing and Processing of Flight Plans
Extensive customer facing experience
Excellent interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills
Strong mindset for continuous improvement
Experience with Knowledge Management & Call Management
Administration and Leadership skills.
