Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support billing, payments, reconciliations and other finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare and process invoices, bills and payment vouchers.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Maintain records of expenses, receipts and payments.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS statements.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for finance-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
