### About Repair it
Repair it is building a technology-driven platform to make vehicle servicing and repair easier.
We connect vehicle owners with garages and service providers through a simple digital platform, while building an ecosystem around vehicle service, repair, pickup & drop, spares, roadside assistance and more.
We are looking for energetic and ambitious interns who want to experience what it is actually like to work inside an early-stage startup.
### About the Role
This is not a typical desk internship.
As a Startup Intern, you may work across multiple areas of Repair it depending on business requirements.
You could be working on marketing today, visiting garages tomorrow, helping the sales team the next day, and conducting market research or supporting operations after that.
You will get exposure to different functions of a startup and work directly with the core team.
### What You May Work On
Marketing & Growth
* Social media research and content ideas
* Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns
* Competitor research
* Influencer/creator coordination
* Community and local marketing
* Assist with offline marketing activities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and approach potential garage partners
* Assist in garage onboarding
* Generate and follow up on leads
* Communicate with garage owners and service providers
* Support sales campaigns and lead generation
Field Operations
* Visit garages and service centres
* Assist the operations team with onboarding
* Collect market feedback
* Verify business information
* Help improve the partner experience
Business Research
* Market research
* Competitor analysis
* Customer research
* Finding new business opportunities
* Data collection and basic reporting
Customer & Partner Support
* Assist customers and garage partners
* Coordinate with internal teams
* Follow up on bookings, leads and operational tasks
Startup Execution
* Help with whatever needs to get done.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Work directly with founders and core team members.
* Learn how different functions of a startup work together.
### Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly energetic and proactive
* Comfortable with field work and meeting people
* Interested in startups and entrepreneurship
* Good at communication
* Willing to learn different skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
* Able to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Instagram, LinkedIn and basic digital tools
* Willing to work beyond a single job description when required

### Compensation
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000/month depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
Performance incentives may be provided for specific sales, onboarding or growth targets.
