About the Role
We are seeking an freshers and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is a native Taiwan speaker and open to relocating to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and policies
Qualifications
Native Taiwan speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English (business-level or above)
Freshers are welcome
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
