Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus & StimulusReflex
Tailwind CSS & Server-Rendered Applications
RSpec, Automated Testing & Code Reviews
CI/CD, Production Deployments & Application Monitoring
Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud SQL) — preferred
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong technical ownership and architectural decision-making skills
Experience mentoring developers and maintaining engineering standards
Knowledge of secure, multi-tenant applications and role-based access control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams
