Product Manager/Product Operations Lead

Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager / Product Operations Lead to drive product development, optimize product operations, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role bridges business, technology, and operations to ensure efficient product delivery, continuous improvement, and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to identify product opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to manage product development and successful launches.
Oversee product operations, workflows, and performance monitoring to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable development plans.
Track product performance using KPIs and data insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and ensure effective coordination across product-related functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, product operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into practical product solutions and operational improvements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for building impactful products.
