About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Operations to oversee daily business operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in process optimization, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth business execution, improving operational efficiency, maintaining service quality, and achieving organizational goals through effective team management and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and business partners.
Resolve operational challenges and handle customer escalations effectively.
Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare and analyze operational performance reports for management review.
