About the role:
We're looking for an Ads Executive to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google for 4 assigned brands, with a focus on qualified leads and strong ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Run Meta campaigns: awareness, traffic, lead generation, and call ads
- Run Google campaigns: Search, YouTube, and keyword-based
- Track CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and lead quality daily
- Check ad account funds and billing, and respond to ad comments
- Talk to clients weekly about lead quality and ROI
- Plan monthly campaign budgets and strategies
- Write ad hooks, scripts, and copy, and analyze competitor creatives
- Work with the Design, Social Media, and Web Development teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of ROI and lead quality optimization
- Good copywriting and script writing skills
- Clear communication and client handling skills
