🚀Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the local electronic components market in Malaysia, acquire new customers, maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, and identify customer resources and project opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company's key semiconductor products, independently achieve sales targets, and manage the full sales cycle, including order follow-up and payment collection.
• Track customer projects, orders, and delivery progress in real time, coordinate internal resources efficiently to address customer needs and after-sales issues, and ensure smooth project execution and long-term customer cooperation.
• Monitor local market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, optimize sales strategies, and continuously improve regional market share and sales performance.
✅Requirements
Industry Background (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the semiconductor or electronic components distribution and trading industry.
• Candidates with experience at well-known industry trading companies such as Smith, Fusion, New Power, and America II are highly preferred.
Key Customer Resources (Mandatory)
• Familiar with major local industrial customers, with proven business cooperation experience and established customer resources within leading enterprises, including Bosch, Flex, Jabil, and other international manufacturing companies.
Language Proficiency
• Native-level spoken English with excellent communication skills, capable of independently handling business negotiations, customer communications, and project coordination with international clients.
Competencies
• Strong business acumen and professional negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proven capability in market development, business expansion, and achieving sales objectives independently.
Personal Attributes
