Ready to help build sustainable future with us?
In an ever-changing, fast paced world, we owe it to ourselves and our future generations to live life responsibly. At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.
Join us and make a difference!
Your future team:
Are you interested in supply chain, digitalisation and project work in a global organisation? Join Group Supply Chain at our Headquarters in Hedehusene and help us turn specialist knowledge into clear, well-structured project deliverables.
Group Supply Chain develops common supply chain capabilities, processes and ways of working across ROCKWOOL. We support global projects and work closely with specialists, subject-matter experts and colleagues across the organisation.
We are looking for a Student Assistant who can take ownership of practical project activities under the guidance of our specialists. Your support will allow them to focus on defining requirements, providing expert direction, supervising the work and approving the final output.
What you will be doing:
You will support a broad range of development and project activities. The specific tasks will vary according to project priorities and will give you exposure to different areas of Group Supply Chain.
You can look forward to:
Create and distribute surveys, and gather, structure and consolidate responses and information from larger stakeholder groups across projects, Supply Chain Development meetings and departmental activities
Build and maintain dashboards that make project information easy to understand and use, while preparing, organising and updating project, process and user documentation
Support system and process testing, document results and follow up on identified issues
Document and structure business requirements based on input from specialists and stakeholders, and maintain and align project information across different teams and sources
Consolidate documents and information from different teams and sources, including support for RockOne (ERP implementation project)
Assist with meetings, workshops and other analytical work, coordination and administrative tasks
What you bring:
You are proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently within clear guidance. You bring structure to information, follow tasks through to completion, and take responsibility for delivering quality results. You are also curious and collaborative—you ask questions when needed, welcome feedback, and are genuinely motivated by supporting experienced colleagues in achieving excellence.
We imagine that you:
Are currently studying supply chain management, business, engineering, data analytics or a related field
Have a structured, detail-oriented approach with strong ability to work with data, documentation and digital collaboration tools
Can turn information from multiple sources into clear, useful outputs and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards, Confluence, surveys or testing is an advantage
Are a curious learner motivated to understand supply chain processes, projects and systems
You are proficient in English, spoken and written.
We know that you might not meet all the things on this list, but you might bring skills and experience that we haven’t even included here.
What we offer:
This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and digital transformation within a global organization, where you'll work alongside experienced specialists, learn about enterprise-wide processes and systems, and develop practical skills that will accelerate your professional career
You will work 15-20 hours per week, and we are flexible around exams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
Benefits:

On-site newly renovated Fitness center
