Implementation Manager

About the role
A global organisation is building a capability centre in India. It needs an Implementation Manager to turn business knowledge into practical playbooks and lead controlled process migrations from the regions to India. The work starts with Finance and expands to HR, IT, Operations, Sales and Recruitment once the pilot succeeds. The role reports to the General Manager of the centre and offers exposure to the business globally.
Responsibilities
Turn the approved centre strategy into a migration roadmap with clear milestones.
Document current processes, controls and risks with regional experts.
Develop reusable playbooks covering scope, roles, process steps, controls and service levels.
Plan knowledge transfer, testing and cutover, and confirm readiness before go-live.
Monitor service performance after go-live and capture lessons for the next wave.
Hand over methods, documents and open actions to permanent owners when the assignment ends.
About you
5 to 10 years of experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
Good understanding of how staffing businesses serve clients, contractors and candidates.
Experience across several functions, regions or transformation initiatives.
Experience turning operational knowledge into clear processes, controls or implementation plans.
Experience leading cross-functional projects without formal authority.
Willingness to work closely with the centre in India and travel to regions as needed.
