We’re hiring: HR Generalist cum Recruiter 📍 Bengaluru
At INI8 Labs, we’re looking for one person to own both our hiring and our HR operations, end to end.
On the recruiting side, you’ll:
Source and screen candidates
Coordinate interviews
Close offers and manage joining
Track the hiring pipeline
On the HR side, you’ll:
Onboard new team members
Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs
Handle policies and compliance
Support employees with queries, appraisals, engagement and exits
This isn’t a support role. The whole HR function is yours to run.
