Role Description The Executive – Export and Business Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end export and import processes, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The executive will monitor shipments, track orders, and support efficient logistics to meet delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities also include assisting with sales activities, maintaining accurate records, analyzing market opportunities in international trade, and supporting business development initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to optimize operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Export process management.
Candidates should possess skills in Import Export operations and International Trade compliance.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales related to export markets and client relationship management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP or trade management software is beneficial.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in export/import or international business operations in FMCG or food commodities is an added advantage.
Compensation
As per experience + Increment upon confirmation.
