Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Operations, based in Mumbai, to lead and oversee business operations across the Western Region. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving business and revenue targets, ensuring compliance with company and client standards, and leading high-performing operations teams across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Central Operations Team, manage regional operations strategically, optimize costs, improve service quality, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and achieve regional business, operational, and revenue targets.
• Oversee operations across multiple cities in the Western Region, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional operations teams, setting clear performance objectives and KPIs.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all products and services comply with client requirements, regulatory norms, and company standards.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with the Central Operations Team for strategy alignment and execution.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
• Handle escalated customer issues, operational incidents, and coordinate on legal or compliance matters when required.
• Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must have warehouse experience.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 6–7 years of experience in operations management with proven leadership exposure.
• Prior experience managing multi-city or regional operations is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skill
