Business Development Manager – Emerging Corporates

Role Details
The incumbent shall be responsible for sourcing New to Bank customers for Current Accounts & Trade accounts and cross sell Forex services for generating fee-based revenue.
Overall Job Description
Make daily sales calls to potential customers and update the Daily Sales Report (DSR).
Source and acquire high-quality Current Accounts.
Identify and acquire Trade & Forex customers to generate fee income for the bank.
Cross-sell Gold Insurance and General Insurance to new and existing customers.
Ensure adequate monthly balances are maintained in sourced accounts.
Build a strong customer pipeline through referrals, networking, field visits, and customer interactions.
Clearly explain product features, services, interest rates, fees, and charges to customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth customer onboarding while following bank guidelines.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, bank policies, and operational processes.
Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, governance, and process adherence in all sales activities.
