Are you an experienced technology leader who can move seamlessly from the architecture whiteboard to the executive meeting room, and from shaping a transformation to making sure it is successfully delivered?
We are looking for a Senior Technical Transformation Manager to strengthen Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure and Cybersecurity organization in Sweden.
Your role
You will operate at the intersection of technology, transformation, customers, and people. Depending on the situation, you may act as:
Technical Transformation Lead, steering complex infrastructure and cloud transformations
Solution and Architecture Advisor, defining target architectures, roadmaps, and migration strategies
Pre-Sales Leader, helping shape compelling, commercially sound, and deliverable customer solutions
Delivery Lead, taking accountability for successful mobilization, execution, transition, and stabilization
Technical SME and trusted advisor, supporting customers in critical technology decisions
Mentor and role model, developing architects, engineers, consultants, and future transformation leaders
Your profile
You bring extensive senior-level experience in cloud, infrastructure architecture, data-center transformation and complex technology migrations
Strong architectural experience across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Deep technical understanding of cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises infrastructure
Extensive experience in data-center transformation, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and hybrid environments
Experience defining current-state assessments, target architectures, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and transition plans
Proven leadership of complex, enterprise-scale technology transformation and migration programs
Strong understanding of discovery, dependency mapping, migration waves, cutover, testing, rollback, stabilization, security, resilience, and operational transition
Strong pre-sales experience, including workshops, solution shaping, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and executive presentations
Deep knowledge of Data Centers and their infrastructure. WAN, SAN, NAS, Loadbalancers, Firewalls, VMware, Databases, Oracle, SQL
Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in Swedish public sector, critical infrastructure, defense, or other highly regulated environments is an advantage
Valuable certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF, ITIL 4, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe. Practical experience and technical credibility matter most.

Transition Director Operate at board level in multi site engagements. TMs are fully responsible for providing deliverables or service to specification, within agreed cost and timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. TMs conduct client negotiations to agree terms for changes to the scope of the project or service, setting realistic expectations and ensuring commercial viability. TMs manage project or service teams, plan activities and monitor progress. TMs ensure all project deliverables or services are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality.
