Primary Responsibility
Managing a team of QA Officers and Analysts, coordinating testing activities across projects, liaising with other departments, providing technical guidance, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day work of Level 3 and Level 4 staff (Officers and Analysts).
Coordinate the execution of internal audits, operational reviews, and compliance checks.
Ensure the team follows the established QA framework and standards.
Contribute to the compilation of Quality Assurance reports.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
Professional Qualification (Or reaching the final level) in Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, Compliance, or any other relevant field.
Two to Three Years' Experience in Risk Management, Auditing, Compliance, Education Administration, or any similar relevant field.
Career Progression
Upward movement to Quality Assurance Manager (Level 1) shall take place after 4-6 years of experience, with a proven track record of leadership and successful project delivery.
