GROWTH ASSOCIATE – RESEARCH & ENGAGEMENT

We are looking for a curious, energetic and people-oriented individual to help us identify and engage with companies, founders and leaders who are shaping India's business landscape.
The role will involve researching potential companies and leaders, building a strong pipeline, initiating conversations, developing relationships and creating opportunities for engagement with Fast Company’s lists and programmes.
You will work closely with the team and have the opportunity to learn about business, media, brands, leadership and some of the most interesting companies and people in India.
The right attitude matters more than having the right experience.
If you are curious, confident, willing to learn and excited by the opportunity to build something, please apply even if you don't have directly relevant experience. We are more interested in your attitude, energy and willingness to learn than in a perfect CV.
Experience in sales, business development, research, media, events or a similar field would be an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and build a pipeline of potential nominees across industries.
Research companies, founders, CXOs and emerging businesses that fit Fast Company programmes.
Reach out to prospective nominees and generate interest in participating.
Manage follow-ups and nomination submissions.
Maintain accurate prospect and nomination databases.
Work closely with the editorial teams to meet nomination targets.
