Role Description
As a Frontend Developer at Echo Money, you will design, build, and maintain user-facing interfaces for financial and payment applications in a full-time remote role. You will translate product requirements and UX designs into responsive, accessible web experiences, implementing reusable components and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers and designers, integrating frontend code with backend APIs, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. You will monitor performance, optimize for speed and stability, and address bugs and UI issues in a timely manner. This role also involves contributing to frontend architecture decisions, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of the development workflow.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and component-based architecture.
Candidates should possess skills in Responsive Web Design and Web Development, ensuring layouts are mobile-friendly, accessible, and performant across devices and browsers.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Back-End Web Development fundamentals, including familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating frontend with backend services.
Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing tools, and modern build tools and package managers.
Relevant qualifications include strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team.
Additional beneficial experience includes working in fintech or payments, understanding security best practices for web applications, and prior experience in global or high-scale systems.
