Social Media Designer & Content Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Designer to strengthen our digital presence through engaging visual content and consistent social media management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Design & Content Creation
• Design high-quality visual assets for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media graphics, promotional banners, carousels, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Develop short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for social media campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media content in line with company branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate company updates, product features, and marketing messages into compelling visual content.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency and content production.
2. Social Media Account Management
• Manage company social media accounts, ensuring regular and consistent posting.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Write clear, engaging captions and social media copy tailored to target audiences.
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content across different social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, including comments, messages, and interactions.
• Track social media performance and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
3. Brand & Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and company events with relevant digital assets.
• Design additional marketing materials such as presentation graphics, email banners, and event promotions when required.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Propose creative content ideas to strengthen brand positioning and online presence.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Good understanding of social media formats, content trends, and platform best practices.
• Ability to create basic video content and animations using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Good written English communication skills, particularly for social media captions and content.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

• Consistent and timely delivery of social media content.
• Quality, creativity, and consistency of published visual assets.
• Growth in social media reach, impressions, and engagement.
• Growth in relevant followers across social media platforms.
• Successful execution of marketing campaigns and event-related content.

We are looking for someone who is both a designer and a hands-on social media content manager — someone who can take ownership of our social media presence, from developing creative ideas and designing assets to publishing content and tracking performance.
