🚀 We’re Hiring: Human Resources Specialist | Alpha Male
Alpha Male is a premium, science-backed men’s wellness brand from India. We’re growing fast and looking for an HR Executive to set up and run our people function from day one.
📍 Location: Mumbai (On-site)
💼 Full-time | 6 days a week
⏳ Experience: 1–3 years in HR
💰 Salary: As per experience.
⚡ Joining: Immediate
Key responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment (multiple verticals)
Hire for Sales, Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, Customer Support and Warehouse roles
Write JDs, post on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and Apna, and source actively
Screen CVs, run first-round calls and schedule interviews
Negotiate offers and close positions within agreed timelines
Track the hiring pipeline in a simple tracker
🔹 Payroll & compliance
Run monthly payroll accurately and on time
Track attendance, leave and overtime
Handle PF, ESIC, PT and TDS inputs with the accountant
Maintain salary records and issue payslips
🔹 Onboarding & exit
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters, and collect documents
Run induction so new hires are productive from week one
Manage full & final settlement and exit formalities
🔹 HR operations
Maintain employee files and the HR database
Draft and roll out HR policies (leave, attendance, conduct)
Handle employee queries and support team engagement
Coordinate office admin across teams
Who we’re looking for
✅ Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
✅ 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment, ideally across several roles
✅ Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
✅ Strong communication in English and Hindi
✅ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and job portals
✅ D2C, FMCG, wellness or startup experience is a plus
✅ Can join immediately
