Role Description The Associate role at LMSGEN is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the development, delivery, and optimization of learning programs on the platform. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with content configuration and testing, coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, and monitoring learner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The Associate will help prepare reports and summaries for stakeholders, contribute to documentation and process improvements, and support onboarding and training efforts for new customers or internal users. This role works closely with product, customer success, and compliance stakeholders to ensure LMSGEN’s solutions are implemented effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in data analysis, reporting, and basic interpretation of learner or operational metrics.
Experience or strong interest in learning and development, compliance training, or security awareness programs.
Comfort working with technology platforms, including learning management systems or similar SaaS tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Business, Communications, or Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with SCORM standards, e-learning authoring tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
