We are now looking to expand our bench with a Patent Attorney who is available on a part-time basis.
As a patent lawyer, you will need to:
Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements
Manage patent portfolio, including invention harvesting, filing strategies, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement
Advise business leaders, engineers, and researchers on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement risks
Support dispute resolution and litigation related to patent and intellectual property matters
Previous experience in mining, resources, construction or engineering sectors

Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
