Our products address real-world challenges across government, defence, enterprises, and critical infrastructure. We also collaborate with academic and technology institutions, including IIT Ropar, on research and technology development.
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Founder Associate Intern to work closely with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership on technology, product development, research, and business initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, research, problem-solving, and working on different tasks. You will gain practical exposure to how a deep-tech company develops products, interacts with customers, and turns ideas into real-world solutions.
This is not a conventional administrative role. It involves technical learning, coordination, research, documentation, and execution support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical & Product Support
Understand the company's products, features, and technologies.
Coordinate with software, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and product teams.
Help document product requirements, features, and technical discussions.
Assist with testing, debugging, and basic proof-of-concept development.
Track tasks and follow up on technical deliverables.
2. Founder’s Office Support
Work closely with the Founder on ongoing projects and priorities.
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and action trackers.
Convert discussions into clear tasks and follow up on progress.
Conduct research and prepare briefs before important meetings.
3. Technology Research
Research emerging technologies, tools, products, and competitors.
Explore areas such as AI, Generative AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data engineering.
Prepare technology comparison reports and research summaries.
Identify useful tools and technologies for the company's products.
4. Customer & Business Support
Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and product documents.
Help understand customer requirements and communicate them to technical teams.
Support customer meetings, product discussions, and proof-of-concept activities.
Help prepare responses to technical queries and document customer feedback.
5. Product Demonstrations
Learn the company's products and their key features.
Assist in preparing and conducting product demonstrations.
Help create demo workflows, use cases, and supporting presentations.
Coordinate with technical teams to address demo requirements.
6. Project Coordination
Maintain project trackers and monitor deadlines.
Coordinate with different teams to track progress.
Identify delays or blockers and bring them to the team's attention.
Prepare regular progress updates for the Founder.
Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have a basic understanding of some of the following:
Programming: Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub
AI & Machine Learning: ML fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering
Cybersecurity: Basic security concepts, web security, threat intelligence
Software Development: APIs, databases, testing, debugging, and system architecture
Tools: VS Code, Postman, Jira/Trello, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools
Candidates are not expected to know everything listed above. A willingness to learn and the ability to understand new technologies are more important.

Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech or an equivalent technical qualification.
Students, recent graduates, and freshers with a background in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity are encouraged to apply.
