As emerging AI and data infrastructure ecosystems rapidly evolve across APAC, this role serves as a strategic bridge between regional market signals, customer technology direction, ecosystem developments, and internal business unit priorities.
The role is responsible for identifying early technology inflection points, translating complex technical and ecosystem insights into actionable commercial strategies, and enabling proactive alignment across Sales, BU, and ecosystem stakeholders.
This position plays a critical role in strengthening APAC’s ability to anticipate market transitions, shape future opportunities, and accelerate strategic growth initiatives ahead of industry shifts.
Responsibilities
Technology & Ecosystem Intelligence
Identify emerging technology inflection points across AI, cloud, automotive, edge, and next-generation compute ecosystems
Analyze ecosystem evolution, competitive landscape, and customer architecture trends across APAC
Develop structured regional technology intelligence to support BU and Sales strategic planning
Identify gaps between global roadmap assumptions and APAC market realities
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Strategic BU Interface & Market Alignment
Translate regional customer requirements and ecosystem shifts into actionable BU priorities
Influence roadmap alignment through structured technical-commercial insights
Act as APAC strategic interface across Sales, BU, Product, and Engineering organizations
Consolidate customer and ecosystem feedback into scalable business and technology recommendations
Technical Commercialization & Sales Enablement
Translate complex technologies into scalable commercial narratives and GTM strategies
Develop technical enablement frameworks and early-stage sales playbooks
Support organizational readiness for emerging technology transitions
Drive technical knowledge scalability across APAC Sales and ecosystem teams
Ecosystem Development & Strategic Engagement
Build strategic relationships across startups, system integrators, ODM/OEM partners, hyperscalers, and emerging ecosystem players
Identify early ecosystem shifts and strategic partnership opportunities
Facilitate cross-functional engagement between APAC ecosystem stakeholders and internal business units
Support strategic customer and ecosystem engagements in technically complex areas
Opportunity Incubation & Strategic Growth
Identify and shape early-stage technology opportunities ahead of mainstream adoption
Support incubation of emerging business models and ecosystem initiatives
Drive early market sensing and strategic opportunity framing for future growth areas
Partner with Sales leadership to accelerate strategic expansion initiatives across APAC
Minimum Qualifications
8–10+ years of relevant experience in technical marketing, product management, sales enablement, ecosystem development, or strategic technology roles
Strong understanding of AI, cloud, data center, automotive, edge, and next-generation compute ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and ecosystem dynamics into strategic business recommendations and executive-level communication
Proven capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, BU, Engineering, and Product organizations
Strong strategic thinking and market sensing capability in fast-evolving technology environments
Experience developing technical-commercial narratives, GTM frameworks, and ecosystem engagement strategies
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline required
Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant technical master’s degree) preferred
Semiconductor, AI/cloud, hyperscaler, automotive, or broader technology industry experience preferred
Strong ecosystem network across APAC technology markets
Self-driven and proactive, with strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Ability to independently lead fast-evolving strategic initiatives with high cross-functional complexity
