1. Prepare Payment Voucher and upload to the bank portal
2. Prepare Adhoc Payment
3. Updates SOA , Vendor Reconciliation base on assign
4. Ensure VAT and withholding tax certificated are well prepare and submitted on time
5. Advise open item in Bank Reconciliation.
6. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures;
7. Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as external party from domestically and abroad.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting, or related field. Experience 1-3 years
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Dynamic, result-oriented, "can do" attitude.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Have experience using Oracle is preferable.
Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written, able to communicate well.
