About the Role
Frontier Group, a multi-brand automobile dealership group with 35+ outlets across Delhi NCR, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead its HR function and drive people strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy and operations across all dealership locations.
Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.
Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
Develop training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to improve workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Automobile dealership experience is mandatory.
Experience managing HR for a multi-location organization is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
MBA in HR preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
