Role Description The Production Designer will handle day-to-day design execution for print and digital materials, ensuring all assets meet brand standards and production requirements. Responsibilities include preparing files for print, creating layout-ready designs for marketing and retail collateral, and coordinating with printers and vendors to ensure quality output. The role also involves image editing, refining graphics for campaigns, and maintaining consistent branding across packaging, signage, and promotional materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with the design, marketing, and product teams to support ongoing projects and launches.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Design and Graphics to create detailed, production-ready layouts and visual assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Print Production to prepare files, manage specifications, and collaborate effectively with vendors.
Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing to optimize photos and visuals for print and digital use.
Candidates should possess skills in Branding to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is expected.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are required.
Relevant experience in production design, graphic design, or a related field; a design-related degree or diploma is preferred.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad.
