At SPEECHGEARS, we are building India's own global innovation in therapy - OSIT (Oral Sensory Motor Integration Therapy).
After 4 years of research and clinical success, OSIT is now trusted by thousands of therapists in India & abroad.
To scale our research and academic vertical, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Research Associate.
This is not a routine research job. You will work directly with the Founder and lead high-impact projects that will shape the future of therapy in India.
Your Key KRAs / KPIs will include:
1. Academic & Training Growth:
· Drive OSIT National & International Programs
· Lead STP (Student Training Program) & Webinars
· Conduct Online/Offline Sessions & Assessments
· Execute Assessment Drive for SRI (SPEECHGEAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE) Noida & Nagpur.
2. Research & Publications:
· Internal Training & Mentoring
· Assessment Reports & Data Analysis
· Publish Research Papers in Q1/Q2/Q3 Journals
· Work on Patent Documentation & Assessment Tools
3. Product & Accreditation:
· Lead National & International Accreditation Process
· Author – Books, Manuals, Journals, Protocols, Methodologies, Procedures
· Develop standardised assessment tools
· Develop Assessment & Therapy products
· Develop new systems and therapy methods for infants & babies to address red flags.
National & International Travel required.
Who are we looking for?
· MASLP /MSc SLP / MOT / PhD in allied health sciences preferred
· 2-5 years of experience in Research, Academic Writing & Training
· Proven experience with Q1/Q2/Q3 publications is a MUST
· Strong command over assessment, documentation & presentation
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Someone who wants to create an Indian product for the world
Location: NOIDA (full-time)
