Marketing Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BBA/MBA freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the expansion of the Bachpan Play School franchise network across India by identifying potential business opportunities and connecting with prospective franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for new Bachpan Play School franchise opportunities.
Connect with prospective franchise partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Explain the franchise business model, benefits, and requirements to interested prospects.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Assist in converting leads into successful franchise partnerships.
Maintain lead databases and update daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with prospective franchisees.
Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
Support the company's expansion plans across India.
Required Skills
BBA/MBA graduates; freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
