Role Description The Sales & Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and processing purchase orders in line with company policies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers, coordinating with internal teams to understand inventory and service requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Sales & Procurement Executive will also monitor market trends, analyze purchasing data, support sales efforts through accurate quotations and proposals, and maintain documentation and records for compliance and reporting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including purchase orders and purchase management.
Candidates should possess well-developed analytical skills to evaluate suppliers, pricing, and procurement performance.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office and ERP or procurement software tools.
Relevant experience in sales or procurement, preferably within aviation or related industries, is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site full time in Trivandrum, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities are highly valued.
