Head of Growth (Paid Media)

As Head of Growth (Paid Media), you will lead performance marketing strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth for a portfolio of high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. You will take ownership of large-scale paid media campaigns, with a particular focus on scaling Meta advertising while maintaining strong unit economics and profitability. Working at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and technology, you will identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable decisions. You will lead and develop a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. This role requires a hands-on growth leader who combines deep technical expertise with commercial judgment and decisive execution. You will operate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where accountability, innovation, and measurable business impact are central to success.
