Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and Field Service Management (FSM/FSO). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, workflows, notifications, and ACLs.
Implement and support ServiceNow FSM/FSO processes, including Work Orders and Work Order Tasks.
Configure field service scheduling, dispatching, assignment, service resources, and mobile field technician workflows.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and Scripted REST APIs.
Work with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Develop custom/scoped applications and configure Service Portal/UI Builder.
Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
2+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow FSM/FSO.
JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Workflows.
REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs.
FSM Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Field Service Resources.
