The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, driven, and execution-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office at Unicommerce. Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, business performance analysis, and cross-functional projects that directly impact business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong academic credentials with hands-on startup experience and a solid understanding of the SaaS, e-commerce, B2B technology, or internet business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Planning: Support leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, market research, and competitive analysis.
Business Analytics: Analyse business metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to drive critical business initiatives.
Leadership Reporting: Prepare management dashboards, business reviews, presentations, and performance reports.
Project Management: Translate business priorities into action plans, track milestones, and drive initiatives to closure.
Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Education: Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 college/institute.
Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory.
Industry Experience: Current or prior experience in at least one of the following is mandatory: SaaS, E-commerce, B2B Technology, Internet Businesses
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to structure ideas and present insights clearly.
Execution Mindset: High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, dashboards, or financial modelling.
Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, and data-driven business processes.
