Are you a good match?
You have a bachelor’s degree or above.
You have professional experience in marketing operations and sales data management in luxury retail industry.
You have strong organizational and data management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are proficient in Microsoft tools.
You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
What are we expecting from you?
Sales Performance & Reporting Support: You will monitor and analyze jewelry sales performance, key business trends and key KPIs. You will consolidate relevant data and insights for jewelry product business opportunities.
Product & Commercial Support: You will support jewelry novelties, campaigns, Maison specialized programs, and related 360 orchestration. You will coordinate product availability, client opportunities, and commercial priorities with relevant teams and boutiques.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: You will monitor jewelry market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and key industry developments. You will consolidate relevant market intelligence and support the monitoring and reporting of intellectual property infringements to the HQ team.
Regional Communication & Training Support: You will support execution of jewelry product and collection training for boutique and office teams and assist in preparing and localizing training materials and product communication tools. You will collect local feedback, share relevant updates, and coordinate requests from region/HQ.
