Transaction Advisory Services Director

The Transaction Advisory Services Director will lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, helping investors and business owners make informed decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. This senior leadership role focuses on Quality of Earnings, working capital assessments, financial modeling, and transaction risk analysis. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, venture capitalists, lenders, attorneys, investment bankers, and business leaders. In addition to overseeing engagement delivery, the Director will drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the transaction advisory practice. The role combines advanced financial expertise with team leadership, operational improvement, and entrepreneurial initiative. It offers a fully remote working arrangement, with occasional travel to the Boston office and a preference for candidates based in Greater Boston or New England.
