Required Skillset:
4 to 7 years, currently leading a small team or a module
Strong system design: solid low-level design, and can own high-level design for their module or service, with clear reasoning on trade-offs
Strong Python backend (FastAPI or Django), APIs and microservices
Working experience with LLM applications: agent frameworks like LangGraph, RAG, tool calling, evals
Solid on Postgres, queues/async processing, Docker and Kubernetes
Owns code quality: reviews, testing, observability
BFSI or enterprise integration experience is a plus
