[Job Description]
Join the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in Planning process area (Plan-to-Fulfill)
Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector
Focus on planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments
Play a key role in SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs
Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level

グローバルSAP環境（R/3およびS/4HANA）におけるプランニングプロセスの支援・最適化・導入
ボッシュのDX推進の一環として、SAP S/4HANAロールアウトおよびトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに参画
プロセスエキスパートとして、プロセスマネージャーや社内ITチームと連携し、プロセスの標準化・統一化を推進
プロジェクトフェーズにおける要件定義、テスト管理、ユーザートレーニング、ドキュメント作成の支援及び運用フェーズサポート
[Key Responsibilities]
Act as a Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP & APO) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes
Support, optimize, and deploy planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)
Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and internal IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization
Provide support for requirements definition, testing, user training, and documentation throughout the project phase, followed by operational support after go-live.

[応募資格・経験]
IT、ロジスティクス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号
SAP PP領域において約5年のプランニング関連実務経験（MRP、APO、需要計画、予測など）プロジェクトの立ち上げから安定化までの実務経験がある方
グローバルプロジェクトおよびS/4HANAの経験があれば尚可
製造業における物流業務経験（自動車業界の経験があれば尚可）
SAP APOとERP間の統合に関する十分な理解
以下の経験をお持ちの方：
プロセスコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロジェクト
FIT-GAP分析および業務プロセス設計
テストストマネジメントおよびユーザーサポート
・以下のスキルをお持ちの方：
ビジネス要件を構造化されたドキュメントに落とし込む能力
複数のステークホルダーおよびプロジェクト活動の調整能力
自律的に業務を遂行できる分析力および問題解決力
[Required Qualifications & Professional Experience]
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
Approximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects; exposure to global projects and S/4HANA is preferred.
Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries; automotive industry experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systems
Experience in:
Process consulting & rollout projects
FIT-GAP analysis and process design
Test management and user support
Ability to:
Translate business requirements into structured documentations
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and project activities
Work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
