CSA Package Lead (Semiconductor / Industrial & Science) - Johor

Manage and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover.
Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works.
Review design deliverables, technical specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues.
Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements.
Manage change requests, claims, variations, and package reporting.
Support project commissioning, punch list closure, and project handover activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant exposure to CSA works.
Experience delivering Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
