Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell credit card products to new customers.
Participate in roadshows, events.
Ensure all applications are accurately completed and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on bank promotions and policies.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree
Fresh graduates or individuals with sales/customer service experience are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
