What you’ll be doing
As a Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring machine performance and product quality
Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
Recording production data accurately
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important, and food production experience would be a real advantage. You’ll also need:
An eye for detail – to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our high standards
Practical skills – to operate and adjust machinery safely and effectively
Reliability – we work as a team and depend on each other to keep production running smoothly
Adaptability – things can change quickly on a production line, so being able to stay calm, think on your feet and solve problems is important
