TECHNICAL SOLUTION ARCHITECT / ENGINEERING LEAD – REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY

Our engineering teams architect mission-critical systems that bridge R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations—building scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that accelerate time-to-market for life-saving therapies.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design for complex enterprise systems—translating business, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
Bridge product, engineering, and client teams to ensure delivery alignment across roadmap, sprint cycles, and stakeholder reviews.
Own architecture governance—enforce design patterns, security controls, compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), and platform standards.
Drive technical delivery across cross-functional teams—mentor engineers, conduct code/architecture reviews, and resolve critical path blockers.
Advocate for platform modernization—from monolithic legacy to cloud-native microservices, APIs, and containerized workloads.
Collaborate with QA & DevOps to embed quality, CI/CD, and observability into the delivery lifecycle.
