Buscamos responsable de desarrollar negocio y liderar programas de mejora de eficiencia operativa, excelencia operacional y transformación digital en clientes del sector manufacturing e industrial
¿Qué buscamos?
• Profesional con más de 10 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocio y transformación, preferentemente en una firma Big4 o equivalente.
• Amplia experiencia en optimización de procesos end-to-end, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, automatización y analítica avanzada.
• Capacidad para construir business cases, definir Target Operating Models (TOM) y capturar beneficios medibles.
• Fuerte orientación comercial, capacidad de influencia a nivel C-Level y experiencia en gestión de ofertas y RFPs.
